To receive a merchandise refund for any reason, simply return the undamaged item within 10 days of receipt and I will refund all monies paid, including original shipping charges. You are responsible for shipping the item back to me.

I want happy customers, so if you wish to return an item, I want to know why. I'll give you your money back regardless, but I want to know why so I can continue to offer quality products that people really want.

Refunds for photo tours and workshops will vary according to the event. For most events, we’ll provide a full refund up to 30 days prior to the event. After that, we’ll give you a full refund if your vacancy is filled; otherwise, you will be charged 25% of the tour fee.

In you register for Western North Carolina Foto Fest and need to cancel, we’ll provide a full refund at any time up to the day the event begins.

If for some reason an event is canceled, you will receive a full refund of the registration fee. However, we cannot be responsible for any non-refundable travel expenses you may have incurred. You are urged to purchase travel protection insurance.
