We're a small operation and often I (Kevin) am the only one in the office filling orders. If I'm here, orders are shipped the day they are received. If I'm away on a photo trip and I have no one in the office, it could be up to a week before orders can be shipped. If you must have an item by a specific date, please email or call to confirm that I can get it you when you need it.

Unlike some other online retailers, I do not multiply shipping charges based on quantities and I do not try to make money from shipping. The shipping and handling charge you pay is based upon what it costs me to package and ship your order.

All orders are shipped via U.S. Postal Service. Shipping rates apply to United States addresses only, including U.S. territories. (Please email me for ordering and shipping information on international orders.) To see what the shipping charge will be for an order, place the item in the shopping cart and proceed to checkout. If you do not wish to continue, simply cancel the order at that point.

Orders shipped to North Carolina addresses include 8% sales tax.
