Happy New Year!

I'm just about finished with the house renovation, which means I can finally get back out in the woods. First up is finishing the revision to my Smokies hiking guide, which will take a few more months to complete. After that, I'll be leading a number of photo tours and workshops in western North Carolina, including some unique nighttime adventures. I'm picking dates now and will post complete details about all these events before the end of the month.

The 3rd annual Western North Carolina Foto Fest will held September 7-9, 2012 and registration is now open. Check out the Western North Carolina Foto Fest website for all the fun details!

I'm gradually adding content to the brand new Night Photography section of the website. Something new is going up every week, so please keep checking back.
