Sharp Falls

I found a reference to a Sharp (s) Falls Hydroelectric Plant, which, the reference says, is currently owned by the Siler City Mills. I've been unable to locate any additional information about it on the internet and I haven't investigated locally. A guess is that the name refers to a small falls on Rocky River, which runs near Siler City. There is a reservoir on the river and it is possible that Sharp (s) Falls is the location of the dam. This is just a wild guess, though. If anybody knows the scoop, please pass it on.
