New waterfall on Billy Branch

On page 249 I mention crossing Billy Branch on the way to High Falls of South Fork Mills River. A trail follows the Billy Branch upstream, but I haven't hiked it. Kelvin Taylor did hike it, and he found a nice waterfall a short distance upstream. The pic he sent shows a small, cascading falls framed in rhododendron. Very nice! I'm sure visiting this falls would make a good addition to a hike to High Falls. By the way, Kelvin Taylor is the "KT" you've probably seen mentioned on Rich Stevenson's web site.
